Overnight Oats

Ingredients

• ⅓ cup oats
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• ½-⅓ cup oat milk
• ½ cup fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries work well)
• maple syrup

Instructions

• Mix the dry ingredients together in the container
• Add the wet ingredients and the peanut butter and mix well
• Top with the fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup
• Cover and refrigerate overnight
