Pancakes Ingredients 1¼ cups all-purpose flour 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1¼ cups water 1 tbsp oil Instructions Mix the dry ingredients together Add the water and oil into the dry ingredients Mix until combined but still lumpy Heat the pan on medium-high heat Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the mixture into the pan and cook until done, flipping halfway through (this differs based on the heat and how much was added to the pan, trial and error) Repeat previous step until the batter is used up
